Today I was out at a math competition with the school's Math Club. As these students were involved in completing their analysis of car data from the student parking lot and writing up their results, I was not concerned about this class.
It appears that the only issue that arose was whether or not each individual was responsible for writing a report or if the group was responsible for a single report. The substitute clarified that they should produce one report per group, as per my instructions.
I will be interested to read the results of their analysis when they turn in their reports.

- I have extensive work experience in statistical modeling, database development and analysis, software design and development, and e-commerce. I grew up and worked in California, moving to Colorado in 1999. I always had an interest in education and started my "second" career going back to my mathematical roots. While I taught a variety of classes, I was consistently involved with teaching statistics and computer science classes, which are a deeply embedded interest of mine. Besides teaching responsibilities I also sponsored the Math Club and the Chess Club.
